b	Description of goods and services: Schools may purchase student entries into the Australian Geography Competition. This Competition is fully described on the website, see in particular the page Information for Schools . The cost is AUD $4.00 per student (GST exempt).
c	Shipping practices and delivery policy: The stated deadline to receive entries is on the Dates page. At the Society's discretion, we accept late entries and schools should contact us by phone or email to discuss this. Details on how to complete the Competition online will be sent electronically to schools who have entered. We aim to post results and certificates as per the Dates page. Delivery times follow Australia Post guidelines for large letters and parcels, with the size of the package depending on the number of students entered. Postage to Australian schools is included in the cost of AUD $4.00 per student. Non-Australian schools should contact us by email for postal charges, before paying.
d	Transaction currency and pricing policy: Our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). The fee for the Australian Geography Competition is exempt from GST as it is a non-commercial activity of a charity. The price for each year's Competition is fixed.
e	Total costs of goods or services: All prices displayed on this website include postal charges within Australia. The cost to enter the Australian Geography Competition is exempt from GST as it is a non-commercial activity of a charity. Non-Australian schools should contact us by email for postal charges, before paying.
f	Card types: Payments by Visa or Mastercard are accepted.
g	Customer services policy: The Royal Geographical Society of Queensland Ltd is committed to providing excellent customer service and quality products. We have organised the Australian Geography Competition since 1995. We try very hard to accommodate schools which have missed the deadline so that their students may enter. We endeavour to respond to your queries by the next business day. If we receive your entry after the deadline, and too late to enter the Competition, we will notify you in 2 business days of this. If payment has been made, a full refund will be given.
h	There are no known export restrictions.
i	Refund/return policy: Our refund policy is stated in our website's FAQ . If a school wishes to decrease the number of students entered, or to withdraw its entry, we must receive notification of this by email by the time and date specified in the FAQ . In such cases, a refund will be made, less a $30.00 handling fee. No refund will be given if notification is received after this time.
j	Consumer data policy: The Royal Geographical Society of Queensland Ltd keeps your details private. We do not sell or swap any of your personal details. We pass on school and teacher contact details only to Education Perfect Ltd in order for your school to use their platform to participate in the Competition. We use your details to communicate with you about the current Competition and future Competitions. Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its "IP address", and is sent automatically each time you access any internet site. From a computer's IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous. We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site.
k	Security capabilities and policy: When purchasing from The Royal Geographical Society of Queensland Ltd your financial details are passed through a secure server operated by stripe (www.stripe.com). This payment gateway is externally audited each year to ensure it is Tier 1 PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant, the highest level of compliance mandated by the major credit card schemes.
